No, because after black gives two pieces for the rook, white attacks rook on a8 and threatens mate. Thus, winning the rook.
Probably best is Ne4 and after Rxe4 black should play g6, hence losing a piece.

And I completely missed it... I wanted to make a d4 push, I should have played d4 in the first place but I digress, anyway in my head I already pushed the pawn so I thought it was undefended.

Frankly, MSC157 is still completely lost in this position. There is no reason why white wouldn't try some more - he is the only one who can win. Nevertheless, congrats to MSC157 as well, as he managed to recover a lot of the material he blundered quite foolishly.
I felt like this is a draw if white lose his pawn. But probably analysis shows that it isn't good for black, so I need to check it.
