On chess.com, it's legal to abuse, but only if you do it through the means they specially designed for a certain category of the members and claim it every day as normal, as ''it was intended''.

Dear staff, you forgot your daily quota of underlining how the Arenas are working ''as intended'', fair regarding the joke you call Leagues tournament.
