New to the site!!!

Well I just want to start off by saying that this is a really great site w/ lots of applications to learn/play chess. I am new to this site and would like to introduce myself. I have always been very interested in chess and love the startegic side of the game. I now have time to study and learn more about chess. I have had the Bobby Fischer book/program for a long time and have just now got the time to go through it. I am over half way done and it really does give you a perspective to better understand the game. I believe by completing this program it will give me a small foundation to build from. I know the only way to truly get better is to play as much as possible which is something I plan on doing. There seems to be some very skilled players here and I look foward to meeting and learning from you guys. Another way to improve is by watching players at a higher level play which is something I enjoy doing as well.....
