same problem here, it only shows 2 connecting tags which says excellent connection but low lag
its happening since many days .. cleared cache but it didn't helped

@Chitt-Ranjan, are you able to try a different web browser? When you are clearing your cached files are you also deleting the web cookies?
Same problem here for a week and a half or so on Opera...I tried on Edge today and same problem....I installed the gameroom and same problem...what gives?!?!?!?
I have same problem, tried on chrome, firefox... not working.
Chrome: Versión 59.0.3071.115 (Build oficial) (32 bits)
Firefox: 54.0.1 (32-bit)
This is absurd. Bug should be fixed days ago. I feel sorry for people paying money.

can't see game I can hear the other player move but can't see the board? this is just on min. games day games I can see.

I was able to get it to break a couple of days ago in testing. I also fixed it by clearing cache and cookies and did not load the site through facebook at all. I was able to sign in www.chess.com with the Facebook login but was able to load Live successfully.
I haven't tested recently to see if Facebook is fixed though.
I cleared cache and cookies and it now works in Opera from Chess.com but once you logon from Facebook it breaks again!!!

Guess they haven't fixed that part yet. So you should be able to just run it through the main site until it is fixed (though you will have to clear cache and cookies again).
