no points in rated game.

I am paying against my friend. each time we play, if I mate him I get (0) points ,but if he mates me i am (-15 or -16) points down.
I don't know why this happens.. can you help??

It isn't super clear who you are talking about but if it is who I think it is, your rating is almost 2x your friend and it is expected that you will win pretty much 100% if the time. So, when you win, your rating doesn't increase. When you lose, you lose points.
The system is set up so players can't boost their rating by just playing people a lot lower rated than them.
