No rating boxes?!

Hi... I dont have rating options boxes, so I can not select ratings of opponents in live chess..Is this a bug or am I been banned or what ?

I can still set the filters in settings and at the bottom in "Graph Options".

Don't you see this?

As far as being banned, nothing happens when you click "Start Game"?

I set the filters in graph options but it still dont work! I set min. rating to 1700 and they offer opponent with rating of 1500..?

If you want to specify a rating, you can choose "Custom" from the game list and you'll then see the options to enter in a rating range and also the choice for an Unrated game. 

 You'll notice once you do this, the rating boxes stay put for the other games as well until you clear the numbers out.  Keep in mind having numbers in these boxes will limit your choices on opponents :)
