Is it possible.

There are certainly no vaction tourney here.

Do there exist no vacation team matches and personal challenges?

I like no vacations type games.

yes. it's called live chess.

Point at your HOME icon and then click on Tournaments. At the Tournament page, click on Tournament List. At the Tournament List page, go to the Show drop down menu and click on No Vacation.

This will list all the No Vacation tournaments. You can then join one of them and have some fun.
