I find I am unable to post in a topic I had been posting in before. I would not have posted in that topic or at least not engaged the same way if I had known I would be prevented from posting back again. I think this is a really bad idea of chess.com, particularly with the otherwise lenient moderation.   

It's ridiculous that people can be abusive and lock others out from a topic. Some people genuinely seem mentally unstable, very self-contradictory and quite nasty on the site. Why a person should be allowed do these things and not disallow a reply back is a mystery. 

I'm talking about you Milliern, and your references to me in the topic when I just made fair and contributory comments. What is your deal? Why do you refuse to accept any criticism and yet you can just criticize others and brush them off all you like? That's ridiculous. Why were you even insulting me, I wasn't even arguing against you. 

I agree with you. It's not fair and it can enrage you.

Closing the microphone is a long established tactic for those who cannot sustain their side of an argument. On the other hand, it appears that you are not the only person who was excluded from that argument (or maybe the thread is just dying.)
