Not able to post Notes

I did not abuse anyone but one incident happened-one of my threads was locked because i mentioned a sandbagger there! i think that does not makes me a culprit.
If you are able to post here, you are not muted. If you get a message when posting a note it is possible you are getting warned for inappropriate content in the notes.
why am i not able to post on my friends notes? it says i do not follow community guidlines? what have i done? please let me know?
