You might clarify where you aren't getting the image. App? Website? Front Page? Daily Puzzle forum?
Not receiving image of daily puzzle.

I know staff is aware of an issue with some members but I don't know that any root cause has been tracked down. You might want to open a bug report from a page with a puzzle. Help > Report a Bug

Internet Explorer...tried Chrome and that works. @chrka
Got a Windows 10 machine up and running to test. It looks to me, based on your screenshot, that you are on Edge. Click on the ... on the upper right of the browser, select Settings and scroll to the bottom. That will give you the browser and version. Post that and any other version information listed there.
By the way, the base install loads the puzzle fine. Updating to see if an update will make a difference.
