Not resigning and making you wait

In my experience about 90% of Serbians will not resign when in a lost position and will make you wait... I'm curious to know what's with this? Seemingly bad losers? What is it about their psyche?

I've never had any trouble with Serbians.  I do have trouble with Kazakhs beating me, to the point where I go "Uh-oh" when one pops up.

Is there a way of reporting such people, I've had quiet a few. It's really annoying! People should learn to lose with dignity, it's just a game

Once I was in an actual tournament game, and I had a forced mate in one. I had to wait an hour for his time to run out cry.pngcry.pngcry.png

okay, that is one i hate.

I have often defended peoples right to not resign on these threads ---as long as they play on.

But when they walk away from their comp, that is just ignorant.
