In the second grey box just under that you can select your color using one of the drop down menus e.g. "I play as white"

Searched the forum/help etc and haven't found the answer.
In online/correspondence play, what determines the colour allocations of the players upon rematch?
Is it based on the previous game or is the challenger assigned a specific colour?
I have one friend that I play against often and we'd like to setup a system for keeping 2 (e4 and d4) games running simultaneously while alternating black/white.
