The server would have no way of predicting your move unless the FBI were watching you or something, so watch out!

I was just playing a 10 min game and my opponent resigned but as soon as he did I got this message from the server,
You ran out of time before your move 37...Bf5 reached the server.
First off I had over 3 mins left on clock and second I never even moved a piece let alone played Bf5. Is this some random jankyness or did the server have a premonition that I would play Bf5 but run out of time just after the move?
