offering a Draw when loosing

I find it rude and annoying, when you’re opponent is loosing and then offers a draw. I feel that if are loosing you should just resign and learn from the experience.

T is wrong for them to offer a draw morally, but if you know that you are winning, just disregard it. Some people don’t give their opponents respect
