Nobody can help me with this? Winboard is the best I could find because it at least support variants, just I have not found out how to create puzzles, like basically I want to be able to create mate in N puzzles, but not only for regular chess. Hope someone can help me find the right software tool...

I am looking for a good chess board software, that can load PNG files and also support variants, and most preferably some way to create puzzles myself etc.
What is in your eyes the best PC software solution for that? I am using Windows 10 x64.
