I don't think you can prevent a player that moves within the agreed upon timeframe from accepting your challenge. I notice, however, that you're only playing one game right now. If that's too boring, why don't you try playing more than one at once?
One move a day players

You can block a specific player from being able to accept your future challenges. But it would be much smarter to stop issuing challenges with time frames that you can't deal with.

I move once every three days.
Only Haywood is capable of inactivity for such a long period.
Why do posts keep getting made where people agree to a time frame and then complain the other player is abiding by the time frame?
If you want quicker moves than once a day why not play some live chess instead of online chess?
Once you're in the game with a person you have to either resign or play it out. You can block a player so that you don't have to play against people who follow all of the rules in the future.
Ever think that the person sets aside a specific time each day to play his online chess and that is why you are seeing him make his move exactly 24 hours from the last move?

Well, in this case the game is actually a 1 day per move game-- the OP just doesn't want his opponent to use 1 day. Since this is the shortest time period that can be chosen for CC, it appears that the OP isn't cut out for the CC form of chess.

I think CerebralAssassin's suggestion is probably about the only way to achieve the desired effect with any consistency.
Many of us who primarily or exclusively play CC do so because we really need that time.
In my case, I have a day job, help run a suicide hotline during off hours, and try to squeeze in the rest of my life in the middle. I still juggle several CC games at a time, but most days I can only manage to play just so many moves.
But even in my USCF CC games I have to allow myself "thinking time" in order to play my best game.
Is there anyway I can "ignore " a player. Currently I'm playing someone who moves only once every 24hrs. I would like to prevent players like that from accepting any open challenge I may have.
