I think the title is not misleading. It is an online chess clock, if I am understood it well you have to be online to use it.

The intent is to use it with OTB games. The “demo” is online, and you could download it, and then play OTB games without being connected to the internet.

This is perfect! At school we normally play chess however phones are not allowed so this would be perfect for such as scenario (this could also make the games shorter! The only things that could be improved is a button to switch player as we have quite a few spectators that could switch players, or as other people have said spacebar should be used to switch regardless of player...

Not as feature-rich as the one above but even easier to set up and better to read from both sides.
I have a recommendation. Maybe you could add a 10+0 variation. Or 20+0.
