I lost many games in bullet then I shifted to blitz due to lags and delays. I lose many seconds. I pay for premium and this wheat I get. really bad. not acceptable

In Oman, your WiFi is probably not so strong. Check it. If it is <5 mbps upload speed, then it is your WiFi's fault and not chess.com's fault
