I tried to play with my friend online and when each search by the other username the app says ( " username" is not currently available on live games) what should we do??

Hmm well go to the website on safari or chrome and then he can send you a link to his profile

well we are using the android app. is there any settings should be done on the app?

Just go to the android web browser and do the same thing

You both should start the app, both go to Play. Make sure the Live Chess Connection notification appears.

Then try it. You might have to verify the person receiving the challenge is set up to allow them and the rating range is allowed.
