Check out this #chess game: sunil1968 vs angadsingh1995 - http://www.chess.com/livechess/game?id=1942339527 plz look this game till 11 th move where black is castled and peice are out almost and white is not . I want some tips on how to open files for my peices so I can take advantage of white non development cause almost all my games go like where I have developed and can't open files

At move 11 what you did in the game wasn't bad. You traded a piece for 3 pawns, that's pretty decent.

Otherwise you could go b6 preparing for Bb7 to attack their e4 pawn.
