Opening explorer isn't accurate?

I have played numerous of chess matches with d4 as a white, when I look through opening explorer it shows me only like 164 for the first response then little numbers that can't be added to more than 250. Why? At least 1000+ games I have played with d4. Is the opening explorer feature limited or what?
Even with Sicilian, definitely I have played it less than Queen Gambit as I can't force white to play e4 but they say I have played it only 206 times? Illogical.
