Ruy Lopez Opening is the recommendation.
This is by far the best opening for noobs. Just play this line as black in every single game and you will go far.
What's with the obsession with specific openings among so many low-level players? If you keep getting significantly disadvantaged very early in the game, you most likely violate some generic opening principles, and/or fall prey to some tactical entaglements which ensue in the opening phase (involving pawns, minor pieces and sometimes queens).
