You can try it out for free. There is a Two Knights Defense course (search for Two Knights Defense) by FM Andreyt that is really really good—as good or better than some courses you pay for—and so you can register and then see if you like the system.

Way too expensive. You’ll spend hundreds if you get sucked into their courses.

The best way to improve is play + immediate deep analysis before playing again. I do the analysis at www.chesspractice.com as the analysis is easier to understand.
