sometime opponent chosen by chess.com is not according to the set rule of +-200 points, i.e. one day I was forced to play with a player having around 840 points, where as my points were around 1170!

That's what happens when you play in the cess pool.

If you are asserting there is something wrong with chess.com's matching engine, you should tell us what specific game you were forced to play against someone rated 330 points below you.

Include the game number, the date, the player's name, whether or not it was rated, the time control, etc.

Then someone can look to see what happened and why you fell into the cess pool.

I once went into a restaurant here in Thailand that had a 'Chess Omellete' on the menu.(should have been 'Cheese').

Why are you complaining ? What an easy win for you if you are over 1000 rating.  It is also  possible a better player than you fell to 600+ in a bad days play.  Just play dont worry the lower rankers need the practice too.
