Not been playing chess as much as I used to maybe 1 year ago at this time. Getting rusty. Tournament is in under 2 weeks, any advice for me?

Practice writing moves down on a score sheet as you play online. That's my one wish I did before my first OTB many years ago.  Get in the habit of recording your moves.

Time control is 30 minute + 10 second increment.

I'm around 1000 rated and refrain from playing OTB tournaments that much.

My last OTB tournament was over 9 months ago.

Get plenty of rest.

Work on tactics.  And by that i mean actually study them, don't just try and do as many as possible.

TAKE YOUR TIME.  You will be better off losing due to lack of time, than losing and still having 20+ minutes left.

Write your moves down so you can go over the games later.

Run your games through an engine.  ONLY look at missed tactics and blunders.

Stay hydrated, and avoid energy drinks.

Most importantly.  HAVE FUN.

Will follow, thanks!

There's a chess.com lesson by Ben Finegold called My First Tournament which is useful for many OTB tournament players. Check that out.

It doesn't help you play better chess, per se, but gets you more familiar with the differences between online and OTB including some things that even experienced OTB players are unaware of.

Like... its okay to scream at your computer... but you shouldn't scream at your OTB opponent!

Or... it's okay to take your phone into the bathroom when playing online, but don't expect your opponent to follow you into the bathroom stall for you to sit and continue the game.
