Hi guys, I was wondering why my OTB rating is so much more than my rating here in chess.com (I play blitz here). My USCF rating is about 1650, but my rating here is 1340. Does anyone know why this is?

Because ratings only measure your strength relative to a particular group of players.

They are not absolute, like the temperature where water freezes or boils.

It means you're better at slow chess. Try 15|10 and I think you'll be really good

I assume he's talking about his USCF blitz rating...

It simply means your performance is at 1340 chess.com blitz.  You can't really compare USCF and chess.com rating directly due to the differences in formula and players.
