Sorry i have another qestion

In the annotation after a4 there is = and how is it eqaul. This is how i see  the position white has a stronger bishop more space on the queen side and better developed but is blockaed in the queen side so white is the one how will remain passive while black advances in the center and white tries to slow it down.

Yeah black will have some queenside pressure on the b pawn, and white will have a better bishop, but that's about it. Nothing enough for either side to have an advantage I think.

Black can't advance in the center without his center collapsing (d5 will probably fall). It might be an idea much later to liquidate things, but any time in the near future and white's development will mean a disaster for black.

As for pawn majorities, in general the faster they can generate a passed pawn and the further they are away from an enemy king the better.

For example with both sides castled kingside, you sometimes have reason to prefer the queenside majority over a kingside majority.

The benefit of a central majority I suppose would simply be the centralization it would afford your pieces.

As with most questions, it really just depends on the position. Especially in pawn endgames, one innocuous change can change the whole evaluation, so general principals usually means nothing and calculation rules.
