Is anyone using Penguin v7.1 PGN utility, how does it compare to some of the others available?

I installed the Penguin v7.1 PGN utility. It seems to have many good features for PGN and FEN files. It's import and export file capabilities covers my needs good. It will save boards in GIF or BMP formatt. So far I'm happy with this utility.
