people playing too good at 700 elo

im a noob to chess, , but in many websites my elo was 1200, but here in chess.com im playing against 700 rated guys that play on 90% accuracy, i dont know if they are experienced people who make new accounts or if they play assisted but it's weird to me how normally a game between two 700 rated players would be a blunder party and sometimes here i play gmaes with 0 blundes 0 innacuracies and opponents are playing at 90% innacuracy rate, could be possible that people above my elo are playing in new accounts or is it really that difficult at 700 when i need to play 85% accuracy to win?

I think the standard of Blitz play here is higher. You and I have very similar Blitz and Rapid ratings.
