Personalized chess puzzles app?

Hey all,

I was thinking of creating a simple chess training app that lets you solve chess tactics from your chess.com and lichess games.  I also want to be able to play positions from my games that I misplayed, against the computer (maybe at a customizable difficulty level or something)... like when you really should be winning, but then let the advantage slip through your fingers.

Maybe combine it with some features from chessable like spaced repetition and gamification.

Is there any demand from this? What do you guys think?

When do you think you'll be done with it?

I think this sounds interesting. So the puzzles will be based on your past games?

Also would it be free because chessable already has that but you have to pay for it and even then they still have a limit

Hey! Just wanted to say this is exactly the kind of idea I had in mind when I built learnfromyourblunders.com 😊
It focuses on learning from your own mistakes by replaying positions you misplayed, just like you mentioned. Super happy to see others thinking along the same lines — feels like we’re on the right track! 💡

Hey, I built a chess tool that helps you actually learn from your own games. Instead of solving random puzzles, it analyzes your games from Chess.com or Lichess, finds your real mistakes, and turns them into custom puzzles you can replay.

It also shows you where you go wrong in openings and which tactics you tend to miss. Everything is tailored to your play style, so you can improve faster by focusing on the stuff that really matters for you.

If you want to give it a try, you can find it on puzzlefinder(dot)site (for some reason it is not allowing me to put the link in, just replace (dot) with actual dot).
