I am keeping a record of my previously played games for study and review but I am trying to find a way to orgainize them effectively. I was going to use a 3 ring binder to keep them in but wanted to know if anyone else would share how they keep theirs and any tips on how to catalog and use them for study.

Have you considered building a database of your games and using one of the database programs?

There is already a database storing all 23 of the games you played here on Chess.com.  Evidently you haven't played any here recently, but it tells me that you won 5 and lost 18 and your best win came against Crustydude.

As a Diamond member, there's probably a lot more info you can get about your games.

Building your own database wouldn't be any more work than creating a three ringed binder. Here is one recent thread about building a database:

You could do both.  I like the idea of a book, or a binder actually.

If you had a page for each game, you could have a few diagrams and some annotations as well as the game PGN.

Defintely get a database software though.

I use SCID, and Chessbase. SCID is free.

I have Fritz 12 which  has Chessbase but have never used it. Can you import your cames into that version or is there a different version that is a stand alone product?

If its anything like Fritz 13, then it will have basic database functionality.

I found it pretty oainful to use though, and you can't really store lots of games like you can in Chessbase.

You will want databases for other areas at some point. (Master Collections, Openings... Repertoire etc.)

I agree with orangeish, it could save you spending too much time in the wrong direction to improve.
