Picture blurred

I have not been here on chess.com in a couple of months and as I open it up again; I realized that my picture get blurred what's the reason in this one?

Its happening to quite a few but for some reason not everyone. It is something we're aware of and are investigating.

Let's make it happen!

If you are using chrome, right-click on your picture and select open image in new tab. 

Your image is extremely small. Is that the size you uploaded?

@kohai: ma'am, are these avatar-blurred-accounts the subject of the investigation, or as to only why they are blurred?

I've clicked the open image in new tab and saw that the picture was small. But I've been using this photo since I joined in on chess.com and -with no problem.

Just as kohai had said, they were still investigating on the problem.

Only the reason on why they are blurred.

Mine is suddenly blurred as well. 

Thanks a lot temp_ddg. Couldn't this be the sign of the end of your lives, guys? (just as I've seen in a horror movie, that when someone got to die next, his/her image in the picture faded away). LOL, I'm just kidding... but not about the movie.

I was just about to post that my picture came back, but suddenly it blurred again!

Hmmm...have any of you watched an old VHS tape lately?

My Avatar turned into a grey pawn a couple of days ago, I guess is blurred is better.

We are looking into the issues with resized avatars (blurry).

Hessian, can you please try and reupload your avatar and let me know what you get?

I noticed this yesterday and thought that it is new fashion to blur the avatar...

Is chess blurry?

I went further and thought it was some global internet identity protest to blurr your avatar or something like that!

It is something, yet chess.com wouldn't tell us what is it ?
