Pieces moving by themeslves.

I've lost many games due to pieces moving by themselves. Seriously. I've asked other players but it seems I'm the only person who's experiencing this. How can anybody ever play a game here if this continues to happen? Can somebody please help?

I've seen a few posts where people have claimed that happens but have never experienced it. Do you have a specific game where it happened?

Without examples, it isn't really something that can be referred to staff to look at. If you have premoves turned on, it could be accidental premoves as well.

Premoves? Is there an option somewhere I need to be looking at? I'm kinda new at playing people on chess.com.
