Play vs Friend, set starting position

A friend from another state and I would like to play some chess games where we set up some starting positions -- for some endgame practice. Chess.com does not allow this as far as I know.

Does anyone know of a program that will allow this over the internet? Ideally it should allow takebacks as well. Screen sharing via skype is one idea, but not ideal as you cannot simultaneously control the mouse.

You can use the analysis board in Live, here on chess.com

Is that available for non paying members?

One of my friends on here wants to play a game from a starting position, this seems to be the only time this question has been asked. He pushed a pawn in and endgame that i think is a drawn position unless one side tries to gain ground. As paying members we know we can simply go to the computer analysis and ask the question or set the position the up and play against the computer. I think we should be able to do this on unrated games against each other. Also if youve never paid for membership do the free month, use the analysis on every game. Do the tactics and lessons. PLay blitz games and daily games. In daily games you have access to book lines(no its not cheating) but you will learn so much about the importance of the openings. I should be able to study this game live with a friend. I also want to know if there is some way to do this some place else.

Perfect. It seems the internet is not all it's cracked up to be.
