Normally when I create a thread where I take on a different persona (like this one), I like to stay in character throughout the thread. But this time I'm going to break out of character to address some of your reviews because, like many of you have pointed out, this isn't a very good thread, and so it isn't worth the effort to keep staying in character. I definitely agree that this isn't an example of my best work. However, the fact that it is getting such bad reviews isn't necessarily a bad thing, because it shows that people are having higher expectations for me. When I created my very first troll thread over a year ago, it was, if anything, not as good as this thread, and yet it received rave reviews. So the fact that people found this thread disappointing is actually a sign of how much I've improved since then. Of course, that's still no excuse for the bad quality of this thread. I promise that I'll have better work in the future. And, even though I can't promise that every single one of my threads will be of high quality, I will strive to created one thread every once in a while that is original, entertaining, and which showcases my true ability as a troll.

Maybe get off the beaten path? Change it up some! Throw in something worth irrationally defending. (like the full-timers)
