Some software doesn't seem to be aware of this rule, and I can't find three living, breathing humans that can agree on it!
Playing against the computer

i have found the same thing ...i guess in my case i take the draw or since there is nothing on the game i go for a win, somestimes good sometimes bad.
if you mean this computer: http://www.chess.com/play/computer not the ones in live chess (show up as different colour dots in the graph) then you can just click "new game" if its a draw, since results aren't recorded anyhow, and as long as you know its a draw- alright new game.

I have been playing against the computer on our lovely chess.com however, there doesn't seem to be a 3 fold repetition which is very very annoying. Does anyone else have the same feeling about this?
