Playing Chess by yourself?

Has anyone here played chess by themselves? play vs yourself?

I have.. its weird but yeah, i done it a couple times.

I did, but it was too easy to figure out my plans, so it ended in a draw.

Yeah i concentratte hard sometimes then i see like a forced free pawn for like the other colour and yeah sometimes it doesnt result in a draw but mostly it does

i play myself all the time but usually i practice like queens gambit or najdorf variation accepted so the colour that im practicing the opening with usually wins but sometimes its a draw.

I play with myself sometimes.

I have... It's just that it's not very helpful =.=

 I rather play against a computer or a person; I get confused enough with that.

I always make one side lose on purpose

then why play by yourself

I do this often I posted one of my games,(anonymous is the name of the forum post) I find it very helpful to work on openings and tactics

It's good for when your testing out two openings against eachother.
