Playing in a tournament with a stomach ache

What to do if during a game you have stomach ache that don't go away from one washroom break? You have urgent diarrhea constantly? When training in chess, is it a good idea to have some restraint training?

Offer your oppenent a draw first

Play games with a 2 hour time control or something. To avoid anything JUST GO BEFORE. It's what the GMs do all the time to avoid losing time. Or maybe the prospect of money.

Take a tip from Fritznik. Go to the bathroom and make sure a laptop is handy.

I don't know why this question is provoking so many different answers. The ONLY answer is to play on until your opponent resigns & believe me if you are running a 2 1/2 hour time control & you are suffering from explosive diarrhea he will resign!!!!

What about abstaining from certain foods? I once ate yellow plums. At work I am running to the toilet every half hour.
