One benefit of playing strong players is that they are more likely to punish some of your mistakes, helping you spot the mistakes so you can learn.

So you can look for moments when you were caught by surprise and work backward to see what you could have done differently.

You may find that you make similar mistakes or demonstrate similar weaknesses in game after game.
