Maybe even take a glass of water and try to limit your games to 2-3 a day (quality over quantity)
Exactly, quality over quantity. That's what I do. And stop playing 10 min, that is a joke. Play 15|10.
#38 it's not a good thing if you are competing in OTB tournaments. It makes you less resistant. But, if you are not planning that then you can do it
#45 I use no background, that is my solution. Just the default.
And btw my tip: set your rating range to -25 +∞. This way you won't face much lower rated players.
Changing my background has helped my rating to increase manifold. (55 elo within 2 sessions) Just change it to something that will aid your concentration and wire to your likings.
