The system I meant was the mouse you used to click on order to move the chess piece. Sorry i am not a tech guy. Not sure how to explain any further
Post the game. Perhaps the moves you wanted to make were illegal for some reason like unprotecting your king.
Your mouse could just need batteries. Chess.com will want to know if your using Mac, Windows 7, XP, etc. (that's the operating system). The browser is the window that opens up on your screen, when you turn the computer on; IE 9, Firefox, Google Chrome, etc. I'm not computer savie myself. If no one else post an answer, you may have to submit a ticket under help & support. That will put you in touch with an IT guy from chess.com

I had a few problems during my chess game. Several times when I had to make key moves, i was not able to move my key piece as if the system would not let me move it. However, the system let me move the other non-key pieces. Unfortunately several times I ended up running out of times trying to figure out what's wrong with the system. I checked my keyboard and there was nothing wrong with it. Please advice! Rico
