Usually, after concluding a game, a popup will appear asking if you want to play a new game against a different opponent or offer a rematch to the same opponent. Does the popup you see not have a rematch option? Can you post a screenshot of the popup you are seeing?

Well, I don't really know how to do a screen shot. This looks like a chess.com thing because my only options are select the pop-up game review option which opens up a new tab or select from the chess.com menu options on the left side of the screen. Next time I see the pop-up I will capture the text and post it.

When the game is over, a pop up for a game review comes up. I cannot exit out of the stupid pop-up without leaving the page completely, which means I can never ask for a rematch. If the other player asks for a rematch, the pop-up goes away. I like playing rematches. How do I shut this feature (misfeature is more like it) off.

In your Settings for Live Chess, try turning off Post Game Analysis

This is a chess.com thing because the only options are to either select game analysis which takes you to a chess.com page or to use the menu options on the left side of the page, which means I cannot rematch. I really would need to see a screenshot to help you. If you are on Windows, there should be a snipping tool, or you can use the prt scrn key. I am sure Mac has something similar.
Otherwise, I would advise making a report directly to the developers using the Help button in the lower left.

Where exactly did you make the change?
There are potentially three places to do it and it's possible one of them doesn't do the setting correctly. They should all work though. My suggestion is within the Play interface and if that doesn't work, the main site Live Chess settings.
