possible exploit for more points

When I was analysing my old games I noticed that I lost a game at “1200” something points so technically the opponent got more points as it looks like s/he beat with near 400 points. I noticed a lot of weird things like this happen and I was wondering if anyone else noticed fishy things like this or am I the only one who pays attention?
You're a regular genius that you noticed this and all of us plebes have just continued on like normal. 
Read up on the Glicko rating system. What you saw is normal.
I’m not talking about the Glicko system and when I was playing the game my points were 800 I saw it with my eyes snd checked my other games as it jumps nearly 400 points! With this math you can beat 5 opponent and become 3000!
Show me the money. In other words, where are the games in your archive where this supposed rating jump occurred.
