Possible win or not?

I know i shouldn't complain cause he had a queen and i had two knights but since i flagged him i thought i would win because i am convinced he can be mated if his queen blocks an escape square from the king and its in the corner for example,your thoughts?

As if that is going to happen - but of course you're quite allowed to win on time.

No i know its not going to happen in practice but my point is if its possible it should be a win not a draw as chess com gives

Yeah I agree, but that's the rules on here, so of course you could have sac'd the Knight on move 61 if you'd known. 

Yeah, chess.com rules are silly like that, but that's how it is.

Of course in some cases N+N vs p are textbook wins (although difficult).
