here in this game:

i am playing white.

my game view:

1) mistake of covering king with  knight instead of light colour bishop.7th move. 

2) mistake of not looking the black bishop making a strategy to take my queen. 8th move.

my queen captured in 10th move.

3) i block black's king side castling with bishop. 13th move.

4) black knight's mistake in 18th move, gives me material advantage. 18th, 19th move.

5) black queen captures my pawn and wants to attack my knight. 21st move.

6) i give check to black king with rook. 22nd move.

my white knight standing fearless agaist black queen.

7) i support my knight again with my white bishop. 23rd move.

8)black rook gives check. but i support my king and try to attack black queen. 23rd move.

9) IMPORTANT SACRIFICE OF MY LIGHT COLOUR BISHOP, FOR MAKING DARK BISHOP AND ROOK COMBINATION CHECK TO BLACK KING. 25th move.

10) black queen wastes time and moves to give me check and capturing my rook. 26th, 27th move.

11) ONLY 30 SECONDS LEFT FOR ME TO CHECK MATE THE BLACK KING.

12) 3 CONTINUOUS CHECKS GIVEN TO BLACK KING AND CHECK MATED.

28, 29, and 30th MOVE.    

13) black queen's wasting 26th and 27th move proved black loosing the game.

even though black had sufficient time, good power, good material strength it looses.

1) colour is used to highlight the main points.

2) may be u need to change the THEME, or BACKGROUND of Display.

the text will be unreadable, if background and text are not in contrast to each other.

rocky, I have to say that both "George" and "BigDogg" know chess better than you.

I dont see how chess strength is relevant on a chess thread, but I do know if you want to highlight something you use red, not every colour you can think of :)

yes sammynouri, red is used for highlight.

here, green highlights better moves

red= bad moves

blue= a brief conclusion.

i hope u understand , now the reasons for different colour highlights.

but, it depends on different people how they want to convey the message.

important part is the understanding the topic and discussion.

Timothy_P, this is not a forum for arguing who is better player in chess.

please read the topic, and try to understand.

if u think george and bigdogg comments are relevant with reference to the topic, u can join them.

but it is advisable to give proper and genuine comments for benefits of everybody.
