I created a new game where I was to play black and the only move by white was d4. I decided I liked that situation and tried to set it up again but I can't figure out how to do it. The closest I've been able to come is d4 - d5, but I want to leave blacks move open....any ideas what I'm overlooking (I did this once before)...
