Pre-move and playing really quickly

Hi, 

When playing on my mobile with only few seconds, and trying to pre-move, before completing the pre-move, it gets cancelled when my opponent makes my move. Like this, I have to touch the same piece twice for one move in order to complete the move? Is this normal? It makes playing bullet/blitz quite annoying. 

To be clear: I touch my king to play Kc4-d5. Then before clicking on d5, the opponent completes his move. Then I have to touch my king again, and then on d5.

Well GMs want to do things well. It is not fun losing just because you don't know how the pre-move works around here. Any expert here?

If I accidentally make a pre-move how do I remove it?

from what I have read here. ppl lose on bullet like 100 points just cuz they played on phone. 1 your fingers block the screen when you move 2 someone calls you in just in the wrong time. still I also play on phone but I'm not a bullet player.
