So I see about two million people in the Legend Leauge, and I see tons of 400 rated players, which means that they just are in there and play tons of games, oblivious to their REAL rating. Sure, there is an occasional good player rising from the low levels, but do these low rated legends really dese

JOK-E-R Is Right, Yes They Spam Games But Spamming Games Don't Get You Points, Winning/Drawing Does, The League Is For The Amount Of Games You Play Not For Your Rating.
