Problem with Chess Live.

Hello, this is my first post here on this forum :). I Hope i am posting the right place.

I have a problem when playing online Live Chess. It does not happen all the time but very often, say if i want to grab a piece of the opponent, sometimes i cant. Its like im in check or whatever, only im not. I just cant click on that specific piece.

But i have found out if i exit my browser (Google Chrome) and open a new browser and go to chess.com, and get back in to the game, then i can take that piece. Is this normal? Any clue on how to fix this?

Site has been a little funky lately with periodic slowdowns, but the first thing to always try is a cache clear.  Often does the trick.  Good luck.
