Problems with iPad ans chess.com

I use a iPad für playing on chess.com an i have a problem for a few weeks.

When i make a screenshot, die page turns from the normal 4:3 format into a 4:4 format. I habe three iPads an everywhere is the same problem. 

Does anyone else have the same problem?

It may have something to do with the Zoom settings?

Yes. I have all sorts of issues with the iPad, but it’s the best I got.
